World Rugby Guide to Rugby Sevens – French

Olympic Rugby Sevens kicks off in Paris on Wednesday. Here’s your full explanation of how it’ll work!

Henry Pollock has 'target on' on his back warns ex-Leinster star

In today’s digital age, scams in the crypto space are becoming increasingly sophisticated. Even experienced users can be deceived by what appear to be legitimate update prompts or wallet notifications. In my case, it all started with what looked like a routine wallet update notification. I received an email that appeared to come from the official source of my XRP wallet provider. It was well-crafted, complete with the company's branding, tone, and even security warnings urging users to act quickly to prevent potential vulnerabilities. The message informed me that a mandatory security update was required to continue using the wallet, with a direct link to download the latest version.Wanting to stay ahead on security and seeing no red flags at first glance, I clicked the link and followed the update process. The website I was taken to was a near-perfect replica of the actual wallet site same layout, same logos, and even a live chat box that appeared to respond like a real support agent. It asked me to enter my wallet credentials, including my recovery phrase, under the guise of syncing my existing wallet to the new version. Trusting that this was a legitimate procedure, I complied.Within minutes, my wallet was drained.I refreshed my wallet balance out of instinct and watched in real time as my 650K XRP disappeared, transferred through a series of unknown addresses. The sickening realization hit: I had been tricked into handing over access to my assets. The email, the website, the entire update process it was all part of a well-coordinated phishing scam. After the initial shock, I began researching recovery options and came across TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT WebSite https://trustgeekshackexpert.com/ , a firm that specializes in tracing and recovering stolen cryptocurrency. Their team is well-versed in the intricacies of blockchain technology and has a strong track record of helping victims reclaim their digital assets. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and confidence gave me a glimmer of hope in an otherwise bleak situation. They began by meticulously tracking the movement of my XRP across multiple wallets and exchanges. XRP poses unique challenges for traceability due to its blockchain structure, which while public is difficult to interpret without specialized tools and experience. Most recovery firms might have declared the situation a lost cause, but TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT leveraged their expertise, contacts, and timing to turn the situation around. In the end, they successfully recovered a significant portion of my stolen funds, TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT support team is available WebSite. www://trustgeekshackexpert.com/ (E-mail: Trustgeekshackexpert @ fastservice . com) (TeleGram.Trustgeekshackexpert)

Italy and Wales name teams for rearranged final round

On Monday morning, I was lured into a seemingly legitimate Satoshi giveaway, where I was promised the chance to double my crypto holdings. The offer sounded too good to pass up, especially because I had seen the giveaway on X and had read somewhere that Satoshi Nakamoto, the inventor of Bitcoin, had once been involved in similar initiatives in the early days of the network. I trusted it, believing that the promotion could be legitimate from the creator of Bitcoin. But after sending 3.5 BTC (about $140,000) to claim my “reward,” I quickly realized I had been deceived. The scam used deepfake videos and fake endorsements to make it appear authentic, and I had fallen right into their trap. My funds are gone, and panic is setting in. I reached out to Tech Cyber Force Recovery. From the moment I made contact, things started to shift. Their team quickly jumped into action, starting with social media analysis. They identified the scam’s origin: a Pakistani click farm that had been operating dozens of fake profiles across platforms like X and Instagram. These profiles were flooded with links to the fraudulent giveaway. At the same time, their blockchain experts started tracing the stolen Bitcoin. The process wasn’t easy. The BTC had been passed through several layers, using mixers, decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms, and privacy coins to hide its trail. It seemed as though the scammers had gone to great lengths to cover their tracks. However, Tech Cyber Force Recovery didn’t give up. “Scammers believe that using these complex methods makes the funds impossible to trace,” one of the specialists told me. “But every transaction leaves behind traces, and we know how to uncover them. "The breakthrough came when they traced the stolen BTC to a lesser-known Pakistani exchange. By collaborating with Interpol and Pakistani authorities, they managed to freeze the exchange account that held the bulk of my stolen coins. Although 0.3 BTC had already been liquidated, 3.2 BTC ($128,000) was successfully recovered and returned to me within just 12 days. As for the people behind the scam, the click farm’s operators are now facing charges of fraud and money laundering. I’m incredibly grateful for the hard work of Tech Cyber Force Recovery. They didn’t just help me recover my funds, they sent a clear message that scams like this won’t go unpunished. It’s a reminder that while the crypto space can be risky, there are Tech Cyber Force recovery teams out there who will fight to bring justice.WhatsApp  +1 561 726 36 97  telegram (@)Techcyberforc

Blues vs Western Force: Blues playoff bound, Force have a 90 per cent problem

Thought the Blues were still pretty ordinary, just that the Force were worse. The Blues have some big challenges to overcome if they are to get near the final:

- Their lineout is a hot mess. Can barely win their own throw at the moment.

- Their 2/3rd string wingers are often badly out of position on D.

- Need to improve their kick chase and kick D. A team with a good kicking game will take them apart.

- They seem able to concentrate and focus for only minutes at a time, before they drop off (and consequently concede points)

- Their backline attack positioning is odd - they seem stuck between being very flat and running patterns from depth, and thus do neither very well

- Their decision making at times is non-existent. The end to the game was comical and it was only luck that enabled them to keep their bonus point. And they often kick the ball away on attack when they should keep it in hand and vice versa - not sure who is running their attack (both coaching and in-game) but it seems very uncoordinated and every-man-for-himself

- Their breakdown work runs very hot and cold. Sometimes great, other times they just forget about it.

As for Barrett - he was the best back by far, and the Blues need his control. Without him they fall apart even more. But not sure that I agree with the author about him starting for the ABs - an equal argument can be made for him to come off the bench and control the finish (a little like the Crusaders & how they use JOC)
