Vincent and Emmanuel Tshituka have been cleared for Springbok selection after reportedly receiving their South African identity cards, ending a long administrative delay.

According to Rapport the Democratic Republic of Congo-born loose forward brothers are now eligible for full integration into the national setup

Although both had already obtained South African citizenship and passports, the absence of physical ID cards meant they were not considered for Rassie Erasmus’ first alignment camp of 2025 in Cape Town.

The Congolese brothers’ ID numbers had been issued shortly before the camp, but the paperwork was not finalised in time. With this hurdle now apprently cleared, the Sharks duo are available for potential inclusion ahead of the upcoming international season.

Vincent Tshituka (6’4, 110kg) rose through the ranks with the Lions before joining the Sharks. The 26-year-old is well known for his versatility and physicality to the back row. He was named SA Rugby Young Player of the Year in 2021.

Younger brother Emmanuel impressed with his agility and breakdown presence since making his debut for the Sharks. Still in the early stages of his professional career, the 23-year-old is seen as a rising prospect in South African rugby.

Alignment camps have been a regular feature of Erasmus’ time as Springboks’ boss and he wrapped up his most recent gathering in March.

“The purpose of the alignment camps are to get everyone on the same page about what the year looks like, to set our goals, and delve into what we are expecting from the players, while also reminding them of a few things we do on and off the field,” said Erasmus.

“This camp was productive in terms of the bigger picture for the team in many ways. Not only from a coaching staff perspective in general, and especially with Felix (Jones) rejoining us and slotting in really well, but we also touched on all of the other areas that make the team function optimally such as the operations, medical, media and the technical areas, which are all very important.

“When we play a Test match on a Saturday, it’s a product of all of those aspects, so the camp was not just about aligning as a group but making sure that when we kick off our season, everyone is aligned and ready to go.”

They haven’t been playing remotely to Springbok standards so I’d be very surprised if they’re invited to future camps.

Doesn’t help that they are playing in a misfiring Sharks team that is extremely poorly coached.

to be fair alignment camps include a lot of guys who are a way off springbok standards. They’re both unlikely to get capped, and would be doing very well to get into an actual SB squad, but they could well get invited to future alignment camps.

Leinster cleanse palette with record URC scoreline against Zebre

My name is Solenn Bonnet, and I am a single mother navigating the challenges of raising my two-year-old child while trying to make ends meet. I came across a trading platform that promised astonishing daily profits of 18%. The allure of such a high return on investment was too tempting to resist, and I found myself drawn into cryptocurrency trading. Excited by the prospect of financial freedom, I invested a significant amount of my savings, totaling over 5.7 BTC. However, what started as a hopeful venture quickly turned into a nightmare. The platform was a scam, and I lost everything I had invested. The emotional toll of this loss was immense; I felt devastated and helpless, struggling to provide for my child and keep up with my bills. In my desperate attempt to recover my funds, I sought help from various recovery experts. Unfortunately, I encountered numerous fraudulent individuals who claimed they could help me retrieve my lost money. Each time I reached out, I was met with disappointment and further scams, which only deepened my despair. Last year was one of the most challenging periods of my life, filled with anxiety and uncertainty about my financial future. Feeling overwhelmed and at a loss, I confided in a close friend from church about my situation. She listened compassionately and shared her own experiences with financial difficulties. Understanding my plight, she introduced me to Tech Cyber Force Recovery, a group of skilled hackers known for their expertise in recovering lost funds. Skeptical yet hopeful, I decided to reach out to them as a last resort. Their services came at a higher cost, but my friend generously offered to help me with a partial payment. I was amazed by how quickly they responded and began the recovery process. Their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire ordeal. To my relief, they successfully recovered more than I had lost to those heartless scammers. This was truly transformative, and I felt a sense of relief and gratitude that I hadn’t felt in a long time. I strongly encourage anyone who has faced similar challenges or fallen victim to scams to reach out to Tech Cyber Force Recovery. If you’ve invested in a fraudulent platform like I did, they are highly capable of helping you reclaim your hard-earned money. Don’t lose hope; there is a way to recover what you’ve lost.
