Jack Nowell and Mako Vunipola, who have yet to feature at RWC2019 thanks to injuries, join the bench.
Argentina, in contrast, have made a raft of changes – including leaving out first choice flyhalf Nicolas Sanchez, who hasn’t fired for the Pumas this year and talisman Augustin Creevy.
