I've been a DMac doubter, but I thought he played well for the full game against Ireland, supposedly our toughest opponent yet.


So if BB is first choice, what does he bring? He didn't seem very accurate against England; or was their pressure better than Ireland?


and Reece now seems to be too error prone, so why not keep DMac at 10 and let him kick those penalties, slip BB back to FB where he is a proven reliable defender, and put WJ on the wing instead of Reece?

Nar it's more because NZ know all there is to know about winning a RWC and blowing your gasket in your first game, like Ireland did, is one of the best ways to fail at the task.

Roigard, but as well as being one of, if not the best ever at the core roles of a 9, he also wins turnovers like Josh VDF, has the vision and tactical kicking game of the very best 10s, and the strength and finishing ability of Telea or Kolbe.

That's a great description of Roigard, yes, now what's Dupont got that can beat that?😜

England has shown they can compete with the Top teams but dropped their intensity in the last 10-15 minutes!

I do like Marcus Smith, maybe give him the full 80!

In last year's semi, England almost knocked us out of the RWC, with a clever drop-goal kicking game plan!

Most Bok fans are expecting the Boks to wipe England, I am a bit more cautious, England seems to know how to unsettle us!

Okes need to stop worrying about the Bok bench and concentrate on their own tactics and ways to win. We'll do what we want to do - and you have every right to do what you want. that makes rugby interesting. Let's enjoy a lekker (and respectful) rugby weekend. Just a game - in the end ;-)

A new broom always sweeps clean. I don't know the man, I just hope he doesn't leave WR in the same mess as the Aussies rugby. If he is so good, why did he not save Australian rugby?


I have no confidence in any Aussie taking over at WR HQ. I don't know the man but now are forced to hope he doesn't screw up. We don't have a choice or say in the matter.


WR doesn't need an CEO, they need a board made up of several countries that makes the decisions.

Rassie is far from all-seeing, and SB is a good coach. It's a great coaching contest, and the Boks are beatable. England may just have the game to make it obvious.
