This Springboks team still relies largely on vibes

Yeah, they’re not firing on all cylinders. But they’re going in to each game for the win and pulling it off 11/13 times for this past year. After an 85% season last year.

Based on my calculations - No other team has had two seasons in a row of 85% or better in the last 6 years. Not even Ireland.

You used the goto Kiwi reaction to always blame losses on the referee/TMO. "Two ludicrous decisions changed the game". That's not showing respect for France's win. You are stating that France's win was due to ref/TMO errors.

It might be times for non-french people to understand Dupond (or any international player from Toulouse or La Rochelle) can NOT play in southern hemisphere. Impossible. There are only three southern games in june while Toulouse or La Rochelle are in semi-finals and finale of Top14. The debate is closed before it even began. All Blacks coaches can decide who play or not in local championships, not the case in France, it isn't even an option

I've not once felt satisfied with the output vs potential of the boks, or, if you're going to cite inferior opposition, the consistency of good performances. But I know why they are not playing to potential yet. It's all good.
