Ireland fell off the pace with several of their top players going off colour in the closing stages of the 6N. Their core is aging. Scotland went backwards after the WC and Wales are - well ……. England have perennial English problems with erratic selection criteria. I have a feeling this B&L Lions side is going to one of the weakest - nowhere near the last two vintages.
