You don't make more passes and improve your attack without going deeper into the phase count.

So you would have change the balance of the team as a whole - and two ball-carriers like Willis and Earl at 8 and 7 would help you achieve that aim.

I specifically think he's got to be smarter with his game to where he can play error free. I get that he's still learning and pushing the limits, but he's making too many mistakes and I think now is the time to settle down. Hopefully just that attitude change I suggest can result in the above.
