I agree with you that the All Blacks need to groom bigger athletes to play 8 and especially 6. There are a lot of locks running around NZ Super franchises in the 1.95-1.98 range and the real athletic ones should be shifted permanently to blindside flanker at franchise level to prepare for All Blacks.

Of course, if SA lost to England you'll either blame the ref, or claim that Rassie is just developing youth, and so the loss doesn't count.
