I like (but really have little idea how it’s currently done) the introduction of a Champ series, three big events hosts bid for. I’d imagine it would make for better matchups too.
What I don’t like looking at this is that Div 1 countries have 9 tournies but the div2 guys only have 6. I’d think it much better if there was a least 4 Div2 world series events, and for Div 3 ensure regional qualifiers are funded just as much by WR to make them benificial for improvement.

It seems the entirety of your evaluation on Tupou Vaa’i (not Vaa-i) comes from his performance against France in 2023, which was admittedly dismal, but does not reflect the kind of player he is now.
