For the first time since World Rugby's new eligibility laws came into effect, Tonga head coach Toutai Kefu will name an 'Ikale Tahi squad this Friday.
World Rugby's refreshed eligibility laws has caught the global attention of the rugby fraternity, with numerous superstars now, or soon to be, eligible for Tonga.
