Bio
Joe Simpson is one of the best broken-field runners in the Aviva Premiership, and scored a host of scintillating tries in the 2010/11 Aviva Premiership season. Simpson has been earmarked as a prodigious talent since the 2008 Junior World Cup, where his fine form saw him nominated as the IRB Young Player of the Year. His sheer pace has also seen him deployed on the wing on occasions, but his ability to break from the base of the ruck is best deployed in the number nine shirt.
