Bio
Capable of playing at either wing or centre, Josua Tuisova is an exciting player who currently represents Racing 92 and the Fiji national team. In 2016, he won an Olympic gold medal while playing for the Fiji rugby sevens team.
Josua Tuisova’s rugby career began when he started playing rugby sevens for Westfield Barbarians in Fiji. At this time, he was captained by his older brother.
After impressing for the Fiji sevens team in early 2013, Josua Tuisova was signed by Toulon. Between 2013 and 2019, he made 122 appearances for the French giants. During this time, he won the Top 14, the Heineken Cup and the European Rugby Champions Cup. He also continued to play rugby sevens for Fiji and captured Olympic gold in 2016.
In 2019, Josua Tuisova left Toulon and signed for Lyon. Then, in 2023, he moved to Racing 92. He’s represented the Parisian club ever since.
Since 2017, Josua Tuisova has played XV-a-side rugby for Fiji. In 2023, he represented his country at the Rugby World Cup and helped Fiji reach the quarter-finals.
