Bio
Morgane Bourgeois is a skilful rugby union player who represents the French international rugby union team as an outside back.
Born on 6 February 2003, Bourgeois began playing rugby at the age of six. After turning 15, she joined the Pôle Espoir des Lionnes academy at Stade Bordelais. She then progressed through the ranks and began to play for the first team.
In 2023, Bourgeois was top scorer in the Elite 1. She also appeared with the squad during the final of the competition, when Stade Bordelais defeated Blagnac. The year after, she won the competition once again.
At the beginning of 2023, Bourgeois signed a professional contract with the French Rugby Federation, entering into the group of 32 players selected for the upcoming season. Her debut for the French team was during a match against Ireland in the Six Nations tournament on 1 April 2023. She has since become a regular in matchday squads.
